We, Flasher, are taking the protection of Personal Data very seriously. We treat data confidentially and will not disclose information to external organisations.

Process for requests by you

If you need further information about data protection in our company don’t hesitate to contact us via e-mail under info@flasher.tech. We will give you disclosure about your data if you establish your identity (by submission of photoID or passport copy). Also adjustments or a complete data deletion of your personal information will be fulfilled if you wish it (send an e-mail to info@flasher.tech).

Use of our website

You are using our website without providing your personal data. If you want to subscribe to our newsletter please follow the introductions on the homepage.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are packets of data sent by an Internet server to a browser, which are returned by the browser each time the browser subsequently accesses the same server Cookies are used to identify the user or track their access to the server. Cookies do not cause any harm. We use these cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies will be stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser in a way such that you only use cookies in individual cases and it informs you about your cookie settings. Keep in mind, however, that disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Server Log Files

When you visit our website, the browser used on your terminal device automatically sends data to our website server. This information is temporarily stored in what is known as a log file. In this process, the following data are recorded without your assistance and stored until they are automatically deleted:

  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • Date and time of access,
  • Name and URL of the file accessed,
  • Website from which the website is accessed (referrer URL),
  • Browser used and possibly your computer’s operating system and the name of your access provider.

The legal basis for data processing is Art.6(1) sent.1 lit f GDPR. Our legitimate interest results from the above listed purposes for data collection. We never use data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you as an individual.

Email

If you send us emails, they will be tracked and stored to ensure that we are better able to tailor our communications. Flasher wants to explicitly pointed out that data transmission via internet may have security vulnerability and cannot be completely protected from being accessed by third parties.

Newsletter

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. To enrol you in our newsletter and contact you via it, we need your e-mail address and your permission. When you subscribe online, we send you a confirmation email. You need to follow the link in the confirmation email to confirm your registration.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Just send your cancellation wish to info@flasher.tech. We will delete all your data associated with the newsletter subscription. Furthermore you can find an “unsubscribe” button at the end of every email you receive from us.

Your Rights

If we collected any personal data on you, you have got the right to get information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transmission, revocation, and objection. If you have any concerns about data protection in our company, you can contact us or the Austrian data protection authority.
